Since 1979, Palo Alto Community Fund has given grants to over 250 local nonprofits serving a variety of community impact areas.  Below is a list of nonprofit organizations that are making your community a better place to live with help from PACF. Some organizations are listed in more than one impact category because they have mutliple focuses.
