To better serve the growing immigrant population on the peninsula, Catholic Charities CYO established The Center for Immigration Legal & Support Services (CILSS) in 2012. In 2022, we provided consultations and legal representation to immigrants living in Palo Alto, East Palo Alto and Menlo Park. CILSS Social Services Case Management (SSCM) program has been essential in supporting immigrant clients by stabilizing their households through healthcare and housing applications and providing referrals for basic needs.
