Donor Advised Fund (DAF)

A Donor Advised Fund or DAF is a giving account established at a public charity (like Silicon Valley Community Foundation, Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, and others.) It allows donors to make a charitable contribution, receive an immediate tax deduction and then recommend grants to charitable organizations.

To recommend a grant (donation) to PACF from your DAF, please contact the holder of your DAF, or you may use DAF Direct for Schwab, Fidelity, or BNY Mellon.

Palo Alto Community Fund is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Tax ID EIN 77-0483215.
