Meet Judy Kim
We are excited to welcome Judy Kim as our new Strategic Operations Manager, leading the behind-the-scenes systems that keep PACF effective: streamlining trust-based grantmaking, coordinating community events, and shaping clear, timely communications about community impact. She will partner closely with our grantees and community collaborators, so you’ll likely see her at convenings and out in the community.
Judy brings seasoned execution from mission-driven institutions. At Emerson Collective, she supported 90+ events each year, delivering high-quality experiences at pace. At the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, she strengthened grant and legal operations—first as a Program Operations Coordinator for the Reproductive Health Program and later as Operations Manager in the Office of the General Counsel.
Judy is a proud Global Studies graduate of San José State University and an avid traveler and adventure-seeker—think skydiving, shark diving, and exploring new cultures through food. That curiosity and courage show up in her work: organized, calm under pressure, and always looking for smart ways to elevate impact.
