The Palo Alto Community Fund is raising funds for our 2024 grant cycle, and we are singularly focused on helping everyone in Palo Alto, East Palo Alto, and Menlo Park thrive. As this year comes to a close and we prepare to welcome a new one, we want to remind you that you matter!
