Join fellow nonprofit partners for learning, conversation, and lunch at Gather & Grow 2026 on Tuesday, October 20 from 11:30AM – 1:30PM at one of two locations. Beth Kanter, an internationally recognized thought leader and trainer in AI Human-Centered Adoption and Skilling and well-being in the nonprofit workplace, will lead the session live at Redwood Shores. Space at Redwood Shores is limited, so we are also broadcasting the session live to a gathering in Palo Alto. Both locations include lunch, networking, and Q&A with Beth. You’ll learn practical strategies for championing responsible AI adoption—from mitigating risks and responsible use to helping staff adopt AI that saves time and enhances their skills.

- Learn what responsible AI use looks like from policy to practice, with specific use cases.
- Human-AI Collaboration: Learn when to automate rote tasks to work faster and when to use AI to enhance skills to work smarter or human-only.

Beth Kanter is an internationally recognized thought leader and trainer in AI Human-Centered Adoption and Skilling and well-being in the nonprofit workplace. She is the co-author of the award-winning Happy Healthy Nonprofit: Impact without Burnout and co-author with Allison Fine of The Smart Nonprofit. Named one of the most influential women in technology by Fast Company and recipient of the NTEN Lifetime Achievement Award, she has over three decades of experience in designing and delivering training programs for nonprofits and foundations. Pick a location and register each attendee individually. Redwood Shores is limited to two attendees per organization. Everyone else is welcome at Palo Alto.

- Space at each venue is limited. Seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis; early registration is encouraged.
