Responding to the Moment

In 2023, PACF supported flood victims in EPA affected by the New Year’s Eve flooding. In addition to financial support, PACF helped shed broader attention, including media, on the impact the flooding had on people’s lives and livelihoods.

PACF launched a COVID-19 Relief Fund in March 2020 to raise and deploy immediate financial resources to help the most vulnerable in Palo Alto, East Palo Alto, and Menlo Park. Since April of 2020, PACF has awarded $1.27M in COVID-19 relief and recovery grants.
