Founded in 2015, Rise Together Education (RTE) is dedicated to improving college graduation rates by providing mentorship, support, and financial resources to low-income Palo Alto High School (Paly) graduates who have been accepted to 4-year colleges or 2-year community colleges. RTE assists students from socio-economically disadvantaged families, the majority of whom are first-generation college students, to get TO and THROUGH college. Our vision is to ensure that every low-income Paly graduate has the opportunity and is empowered to earn a college degree and, in turn, positively impact our community.
