Cammie Vail

Our beloved Executive Director, Cammie Vail, retires this week. To celebrate her time with the Palo Alto Community Fund (PACF), we asked her to leave us some wise (and fun) guidance derived from her 17 years with us.

Cammie’s career includes 13 years at Apple Computer, and she has served on the boards of Mid-Peninsula High School, Safe & Sound (previously the SF Child Abuse Prevention Center), the San Francisco Volunteer Center, and the Junior League of San Francisco (where she was President in 2001-2002). She is a member of the steering committee of the San Carlos Community Foundation. Cammie was born, raised, and currently lives in San Carlos, with her husband, Tim and son Chris.
